Sono stati annunciati i candidati ai CAS Awards 2013, i riconoscimenti che la Cinema Audio Society assegna da quarantanove anni ai migliori missaggi audio televisivi e cinematografici (aspetto fondamentale per la riuscita di una fiction, ahimè spesso sottovalutato)

Nella categoria Mini Serie – Film Tv concorrono al premio American Horror Story: Asylum, Game Change, Hatfields & McCoy’s, Hemingway & Gellhorn e Sherlock. Nella categoria serie televisiva da un’ora la cinquina è formata da Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, Homeland, Mad Men e Breaking Bad. Nella categoria serie televisiva da trenta minuti sono in lizza 30 Rock, Modern Family e The Office.
