ASC Awards 2017, nomination: dominano Game of Thrones e HBO
ASC Awards 2017: la doppia nomination per Game of Thrones permette a HBO di staccare nettamente la concorrenza.
The American Society of Cinematographers ha annunciato i nominati ai trentunesimi ASC Awards, i prestigiosi premi assegnati dai direttori della fotografia e dai tecnici degli effetti speciali alla migliore fotografia cinematografica e seriale del 2016.
Nelle categorie televisive (che quest’anno passano da due a tre con lo sdoppiamento del premio del premio alla migliore fotografia di una serie tv in Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography in Regular Series for Non-Commercial Television e Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography in Regular Series for Commercial Television) domina HBO con cinque candidature, due delle quali raccolte da Game of Thrones (unica serie nominata a più di un premio) e una dalla novità Westworld. Si difendono bene WGN e Fox con due nomination ciascuno.
