Molte nomination attese, altre del tutto inaspettate per questa 59esima edizione degli Emmy Awards, una delle più prestigiose manifestazioni in ambito televisivo, se non la più prestigiosa, nel mondo.
Fanno incetta di candidature I Soprano, giunti da pochi mesi al termine dopo sei splendide stagioni, e la novità Ugly Betty. Restano invece a bocca asciutta (o quasi), tra gli altri, l’elogiatissimo Friday Night Lights – da noi diventato High School Team – , Jericho, Lost e Desperate Housewives, questi ultimi due già l’anno scorso poco considerati.
